Missionary Ministry

In order to have a greater reach and to spread the Word of God to all people, we in prayer are trying to identify local and other believers who are willing to do missionary work in various parts of the state and neighboring states. With the will of God and his blessings, He enabled us to start our Missionary Ministry in June 2009. We never knew anyone in Rajasthan and never even thought that we will be entering that place as a missionary. But today we have our mission work in Rajasthan. We perched our way into the remote locals of Rajasthan through Pr. Paulose. These areas are economically backward and the people solely depend on agriculture for their daily bread and butter and mainly Adivasis live in these areas. So far God has strengthened the Pastors to work amongst this kind of people and fulfill his ministry successfully.

Our mission field is the Villages of Banswara district, where we run a community center named Carmel Community Center, which imparts tailoring knowledge and computer classes to those people. Till now we have conducted our courses in Bijalpur, Jambri & Garadia Villages in Banswara District in Rajasthan. Thus we work for their economical and spiritual upliftment. Our main focus is to conduct youth camps, children camp, conventions, and training gospel workers to build the kingdom of God.

Raising the standard of living of those tribals was essential and crucial. In this aspect, it was mandated to teach them to fish rather than giving them fish to quench their hunger. In pursuit of this goal, we started tailoring classes as part of our missionary ministry to reach out to the ladies who till then did not have any source of income. The classes expanded to multiple batches, and the outcome was more than we expected. Not only were they able to stand on their own feet, but we had ladies teaching tailoring to other ladies as well.

Expanding the tailoring classes and introducing computer classes as well is the next milestone to be achieved

At present we are also doing Ministry in tribal villages of Surat District in Gujarat.
